Wellness Membership Program

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Membership renewal: membership renewals must be completed before the expiration date to ensure uninterrupted access to all benefits.
• Non-refundable policy: all memberships are strictly non-refundable.
• Credit usage: each time a member uses a service or makes a purchase,the corresponding amount is deducted from their credit balance until it is exhausted. Members can continue to enjoy all other non-credit benefits throughout the remainder of the membership period.
• Unused credits: any unused credits will be forfeited upon the expiration of the membership unless prior approval has been obtained.
• Discounts: only the primary member is eligible to use the discount benefit for up to 8 individuals.
• Membership card: please ensure the membership card is presented at all times to receive member benefits.

TOP-UP OPTIONS:

• Top-up purchases are available only if made before the membership expiration date.
• Top-ups are valid only until the expiration of the current membership.

CHILD POLICY:

• Guests must be a minimum of 16 years old to access the wellness facility, gym, and pool.
• Children between 4 – 12 years old are welcome to use the kids’ club, complimentary, during a guest’s treatment.

NOMINEES:

• Nominee registration: a nominee must be designated at the time of membership registration.
• Nominee access: nominees are permitted to use membership credits and consultations but do not have access to wellness facilities, discounts and recreational facilities including pool and gym.

MEMBERSHIP PAUSE AND TRANSFER:

• Membership pause: memberships may be paused for a maximum of one month, subject to approval upon presenting evidence of illness or international travel (case-by-case basis).
• Freeze fee: a fee of 10,000 THB per month applies for freezing the membership.

MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER:

• Official membership transfers to an approved individual are allowed in cases where the member is unable to continue using their credits.
• A transfer fee of 10,000 THB applies.
• The transferred member can top up their credits but cannot renew the membership under the original member’s name.
• A new membership purchase is required upon the expiration of the current.

REFERRAL PROGRAM:

• Refer a new member and choose either a one-month membership extension or cash credit as follows:
• Ascend referral: 3,000 THB
• Celestial referral: 5,000 THB
• Pinnacle referral: 7,000 THB

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS:

• Advance booking: all services must be booked in advance.
• Cancellation policy: to receive a credit refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking.
• Late arrival: arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of the booking without a credit refund.
• Service refusal: we reserve the right to refuse service if the activity is deemed unsafe for the member.

FACILITY RULES AND MEMBER CONDUCT:

• Compliance: members must comply with all wellness center rules concerning facility use, operating hours, and etiquette.
• Rule changes: the center may make reasonable changes to facility rules with prior notice.
• Right to enforce rules: the wellness center reserves the right to:
• Refuse admission.
• Request that any member or guest leave the premises.
• Permanently revoke membership privileges for any member found violating the rules or engaging in illegal activities.

HEALTH AND SAFETY:

• Health disclosure: members are required to disclose any relevant health conditions honestly before treatments to ensure the safety and suitability of all wellness services.
